  • What should I wear to a Reformer Pilates class?
    Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are often recommended for traction.
  • Do I need prior Pilates experience to join a Reformer class?
    No prior experience is necessary, as instructors can tailor exercises to your fitness level. It's helpful to inform the instructor if you're new to Reformer Pilates.
  • What is the duration of a Reformer Pilates class?
    Class durations is 50 minutes. We kindly ask our clients to take 10 mins to enjoy our cold towels, have some water and clean reformers and props to help us prepare for the next class
  • When are classes available to book?
    The schedule is available 10 days in advance.
  • Are bookings essential?
    Bookings are highly recommended. If you show up at the studio without a pre-booking we cannot guarantee you a spot in the class.
  • Is it possible to join in if I’m late for the class?
    No, sorry. Arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start time may result in forfeiture of your spot. The studio doors will open 15 minutes before the class starts to give our team time to clean properly and do any prep before classes. Please check-in at reception before each class and allow plenty of time to get yourself ready for your class.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
    1. Can I reschedule my class if something comes up? Absolutely! We understand that life can be unpredictable. You can reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Just log in to your account on our website or app and select an available time slot that works for you. 2. What if I need to cancel my class? If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. You can cancel your class through your account on our website or app. 3. Is there a penalty for late cancellations or rescheduling? Unfortunately, yes. To ensure fairness to both our instructors and other clients, we have a policy for late cancellations and rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule your class less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, you will forfeit your class credit. 4. Can I get a refund? No, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. 5. What if I have an emergency or unexpected circumstance? We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency or unexpected circumstance that prevents you from attending your class, please reach out to us as soon as possible.     First Trimester: If you have prior experience with Pilates, you can attend all-level group classes during your first trimester. Ensure you inform the instructor about your pregnancy so they can provide necessary modifications. Second and Third Trimesters: During your second and third trimesters, regardless of your experience level, we recommend only private sessions. This ensures personalized attention and a workout routine tailored to your needs and safety.
  • What if I am pregnant and have no prior experience with Pilates?
    If you have no prior experience with Pilates, you can only join private sessions. This ensures you receive the necessary guidance and adjustments to practice safely.
  • Do I need to inform the instructors about my pregnancy?
    Yes, it is crucial to inform the instructors about your pregnancy. This allows them to make necessary adjustments to the exercises and ensure your safety.
  • Do I need to sign any forms before joining the classes?
    Yes, you will need to sign a consent form before participating in any classes. This is to acknowledge that you understand the guidelines and recommendations for practicing Pilates during pregnancy.
  • Are there any specific exercises I should avoid?
    Yes, you should avoid any exercises that involve jumping or high-impact movements. Your instructor will provide alternatives and modifications to ensure a safe workout.
  • What is the studio's policy on responsibility?
    We do not take any responsibility for any injuries or complications that may arise during the sessions. By signing the consent form, you acknowledge and accept this policy.   • Private Sessions Policy
    1. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. 2. Cancellations require a minimum 24-hour notice; late cancellations may result in a deduction from your package. 3. Late show up will result in shorter session

    1. All sessions must be used within the specified validity period. 2. No-shows will result in a session deduction from your package. 3.Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. 4.Packages cannot be shared among multiple individuals. 5. All participants must adhere to the studio's code of conduct and safety guidelines.
